Only 3 items have been added to Part 2 in the May Drug Tariff, and these three items are:
- Ivermectin 3mg tablets

- Paxlovid 150mg/100mg tablets
Generally, items which fall into Part 2 of the Drug Tariff have no Wholesaler discount, you are potentially dispensing at a loss. You may consider sending the prescription away to a local Pharmacy to be dispensed.

- Ibuprofen 100mg/5ml oral suspension- 500ml bottle has been deleted from the Drug Tariff. This was sitting as a Category C and the reimbursement was based on Brufen Syrup. This is the non- sugar free suspension. Numerous sugar-free versions and pack sizes are still available.
