Dispensing Doctors Solutions Ltd (DDS) are a limited company registered within England and Wales (06740632). The content of this website is for your information only and subject to update and change by DDS at any time, this includes the terms and conditions. You must regularly review this information and take note of any changes to the terms and conditions herein.

Data

We take your data very seriously and the data and information supplied by you in completion of any forms on this website is collated, stored and processed in accordance with our privacy policy and in compliance with data protection legislation. This includes the Data Protection Act 1998 and the General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR (EU) 2016/679 when it comes in to effect thereafter. In completing the ‘contact us’ form or any booking forms, you agree to us sharing your data for the purpose of communication with yourselves.

On completion of any of the booking forms we may occasionally be requested to share your contact information with our associated sponsors and partners, within reasonable expectations for the purpose of networking and education only. If you agree to join our network DDS Connect by ticking the ‘I agree’ box you consent to us contacting you with occasional updates, newsletters, information regarding our learning and development academy and any other information we feel may be of interest to you. This communication will be via email and / or telephone only. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the email, alternatively you may send an email to enquiries@dispensing-doctor.co.uk with the subject ‘unsubscribe’ or phone 0844 334 3356 and request to unsubscribe.

All the information and content within our website has been provided in good faith and whilst we endeavour to ensure the accuracy and validity of the content we cannot be liable for any damage arising directly or indirectly from the use of any of the available information or be liable for any damage arising from inaccuracy or omission of content. Cancellation Policy

DDS events open to all delegates will be chargeable but may be subsidised or may be provided at no cost. DDS provide these with some of the events being supported from our affiliated sponsors based on attendance, to provide education and learning to support upskilling and professional development. We do have a responsibility to use this funding appropriately and may also be liable for additional venue related costs due to non-attendance. We understand that circumstances can arise which prevent you from attending on our booked events, however we would anticipate notification as soon as possible to allow us to open the place to others. As such, DDS reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if notice for non-attendance is not provided 72 hours prior to the booked event. This fee will be a flat discretionary rate of £40.
