DDS have spoken to prescription services regarding the new FP10 and what endorsements are required in regard to contraception.
Prescription services have advised that any contraception which falls into part 16 of the Drug Tariff will not need any extra endorsement. However if you dispense a contraception which is not in part 16 of the Drug Tariff, then you will need to ensure that the main body of the prescription has the endorsement CC/OC or the female sign.
